Return policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the tracking number is issued; after shipment, we cannot cancel it for you. If you must cancel your order, a round-trip shipping fee of $30 will apply.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 10 days. If you purchased the item more than 10 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. If your package has left our warehouse for customs or is in transit, we will need to charge a round-trip shipping fee of $30. Please note that the item you ordered is subject to the actual condition upon arrival. Website images may differ from the actual item received. If you mind this, please do not pay. We do not accept refunds or complaints due to this issue or situation.

If you have already received our gift package and then wish to return it, we will process your refund after you return the gift package in good condition. If you have any questions about our product, please provide complete photos of the packaging (including shipping information and the item) and your order information (including item information) when requesting a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition as received, and must be in its original packaging.

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification that the return has been received. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Refund Delay or Not Received (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be credited to your account.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some processing time.

If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items (if any)

Only full-price items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if any)

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the refund amount. We will mail the gift certificate to you upon receiving the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver shipped the order to themselves and then forwarded it to you, we will refund the giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping Costs

To return the item, please mail it to: 12500 County Road, La Jara, CO., US. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time for replacement items may vary depending on your region.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
