Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Ruilian Technology Co., Limited (Hong Kong) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage

With all original tags, labels, and packaging attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be eligible only for a partial refund.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked “Final Sale” or similar on the product page

Intimates, bodysuits, or other close-to-skin items (if applicable)

Accessories such as earrings (if applicable)

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

3. Exchanges
We are happy to assist with size or color exchanges, subject to availability.

If the requested size or color is in stock, we will process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item.

If the requested option is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead, based on your preference and our policy.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for a completely different style. In such cases, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
Our team will provide return authorization, the return address, and any specific instructions.

Step 4: Ship Your Package
Send the package using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is completed.

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing, or style preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
